Trnava III
The project Trnava III. is located between the south-eastern by-pass of the city of Trnava C I/51 and the site of the PSA car plant. The total acreage of the locality is 25,500 square meters. From the construction point of view, the site is referred to as the Sector C1. The company TOP Development a.s. obtained a land use permit for the Sector C1, which became effective as of 14/04/2008, for the following structures: EBP Sector C1 Trnava The EBP Sector C1 Trnava will form an independent site consisting of a U-shaped administrative building and an L-shaped commerce-warehouse building. The dominant structure of the site, when viewed from the I/51 road will be a 15m tall advertising panel. |
