Trnava II

The Trnava II project site is located in an attractive position opposite the PSA plant, next to the city by-pass and close to the highway. The area is classified in the current zoning plan of the Trnava city as an industrial zone with possible use for production facilities, logistics centers, storage terminals, multifunctional and services facilities.

The TOP Development Company constructed new complete utility lines and road connections in the area and obtained a valid EIA permit as well as a land use permit for the construction of a logistics suppliers center.

The total area of the site is 280,000 square meters. From the constructional and functional point of view, the site is divided into 4 sectors: B1, B2, B3 and B4. The entire site is owned exclusively by TOP Development a.s. Company, with the exemption of 4,172 square meters in sector B1, which were sold to an investor.

A part of the sector B3 of a total area of 23,000 m2 was sold to an investor. Since March 2009, construction works for the Furniture store and warehouse began in this area.

The first SCONTO store in Slovakia was opened on 7 March 2010.

In August 2010, changes also occurred in sectors B1 and B2. A restaurant and a café will be built on a land plot of 5,136 sq.m. sold to an investor within the sector B2. Another land plot of 4,209 sq.m. was sold in sector B1, where a new furniture store will start construction before the end of 2010.

On 26/5/2011, already a second McDonald’s restaurant in Trnava was opened, however this is the first one to include McCafé.
