Trnava I
The Trnava I project site is located in an attractive position opposite the PSA plant, next to the city by-pass and close to the highway. The area is classified in the current zoning plan of the Trnava city as an area for commerce and services. The TOP Development Company constructed new complete utility lines and road connections in the area and obtained a valid EIA permit as well as a land use permit for the construction of a commercial and entertainment center with a hotel section. The total area of the site is 225,000 square meters, which were sold to investors. The StoreLand shopping centre containing bauMax, Decodom, Jysk, Mountfield and Koberce Trend operations, is situated on an area of 6.5 hec.
