Šelpice-Nemečanka
The Selpice – Nemecanka project site is located in the un-built area of the Selpice village, 2,2km from Trnava next to the frequented road No. 51 Trnava – Senica, i.e. towards the Czech republic. It is classified as an industrial zone with possible use for production facilities, logistics centers, storage terminals and multifunctional facilities. The TOP Development Company obtained a valid EIA permit as well as a land use permit for the construction of a logistics suppliers center. All utility lines have been constructed for the site. The total area of the location is 110,000 sq.m. The first 20,000 sq.m. were sold to SKANSKA SK. TOP Development retained hold of the remaining 90,000 sq.m. In July 2009 another investor - STK Racing - acquired a part of the land with an area of 10,005 sq.m, with the remaining ca 80,000 sq.m. still in possession of TOP Development. In June 2011, AMT Příbram bought another section of the land of an area of 20,000 sq.m. to construct a plant for processing of waste glass. TOP Development still owns about 60,000 sq.m. |
