Bigboard – a place for your advertisements

As of 1st October 2011, we offer you four advertising spaces on a V type bigboard, each of 9600 x 3600 mm, equipped with a halogen lighting of 4 lights per space. The bigboard is located on land owned by TOP Development a.s., between the city bypass and the PSA Peugeot Citroen car plant, directly opposite the Extensa Business park.

We renewed the original horizontal traffic signs on the main site road from Suzuki to Sconto Furniture.

New production plant of Fremach

Fremach - a producer of plastic components for automotive industry - will construct a new production plant within the Extensa Business Park on an area of 46,533 sq.m. The plant will consist of a warehouse, a production part, and an administrative part. It will also include sections for control, completion, and machines repair and maintenance.


Glass to be recycled in Šelpice

AMT Příbram is one of the leading companies focusing on collection and recycling of separated waste. It has been active on the Czech and international markets since 1991. In June 2011, the company acquired a land plot of 20,000 sq.m. from TOP Development to construct a plant for processing of waste glass, and recycling it into materials for construction industry.

Mc Donald´s opened their second restaurant in Trnava

The 24th McDonald’s restaurant in Slovakia, and the second one in Trnava was opened on Wednesday 25/05/2011 in Extensa Business Park. It’s unique in that it  also includes a McCafé unit, and offers not only various coffee specialities, but also 6 sorts of tea, and 18 first-class desserts. The unique interior of the restaurant is designed in a new style named Wood and Stone.

On 16.12.2010, usage permit proceeding took place for the road leading behind AUTO TT (Suzuki), Black Red White, and McDonald’s of a total length of 157 m, and the related fence between the railway track and the site along the entire length of the newly built road.
